The buffet does feature a made to order grill where the meister will chop your veggies and meat as you wait. I thought the stuffed delicacies, whatever they tried to be, were not worth the trial. The spring rolls there look and taste like hollow cardboard cigarettes. But avoid the steam table for the most part. So you can's blame the store for changing the game. When the place opened they were there for the taking and everyone made pigs of themselves which ruined it for us. Crab Legs are now offered for an extra charge. A Chinese spare rib or two with a couple of packets of hot mustard was nothing to complain about either. The peel and eat shrimp were nicely chilled, fresh, and certainly if you left after finishing those you wouldn't feel cheated. For me soup was the best part of my meal. If you opt for the Won Ton sometimes those ahead of you have taken them all and you have to ask the kitchen to bring more for the broth.
